Zero Benefits for top sellers once again...ebay seems to neglect sellers who have been doing a great job for a long time. I've been getting 20% top final value discounts since day one...so instead of just trying to accommodate sellers with less than stellar achievement...how about increasing the discounts for sellers with the highest dsr's....and how about re-instituting negative feedback for negative buyers...such as those that bounce checks.
