I setup Ebay Accounting Assistant correctly going through all four steps successfully. However, even though the web connect program looks like it is updating, no data gets imported into Quickbooks. Also, under the My Activity tab on EAA, it doesn't show any transactions. I thought EAA would import 90 days of data. Has anyone else experienced this or knows what I might be doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all, I'm trying to get the accounting assistant setup, and i have some fields to setup to get the assistant, but don't understand the setting below: PayPal Fees Bank Account: eBay Fees Bank Account: QuickBooks Bought Bank Account: PayPal Shipping Bank Account: When i open the drop down boxes there is nothing to select, I assume these have to be setup in Quickbooks. was just going through my account activity fee page and noticed something goofy. i contacted ebay and got a answer that i thought was a joke!!! i had 2 listings come down at the same price....49.99....one got charged 3.06 and the other 4.37. 1.31 difference. they explained that one was charged different because one was listed as one of my "5 FREE LISTINGS" in the month. now a quick check. listing 1.......insert fee .15 for picture, free listing...sold for 49.99...charged 4.37 for fvf. total...

Have any of you downloaded OUTRIGHT for your simple bookkeeping needs? I looked for a forum just to discuss this new software but could not find one. I am happy to see a simple program for those of us who don't pay our rent and food bills with eBay. However having said that I have already found several limitations even though my needs are very simple and straightforward. I have written to the programming staff at Outright and we shall see if they reply or take any of my problems to heart....

I have not been using any accounting programs to help me with my sales etc. I am bewildered right now as I have been reading threw the different aspects of QuickBooks, and also KeepMore.Net. I want to use a program that will integrate with eBay although I know I will have to manually input data for my vehicle (as is it used for my business). Can anybody advice me which is the cheapest, easiest and most effective program to go for?

Is there any application, preferrably free, that will pull actual shipping cost from PayPal? From what I can tell, Accounting Assistant doesn't, Outright doesn't. Doesn't seem like it should be so hard since I always ship through PayPal and it's always associated with the auction ID#. Thanks all!
