Each time my ads are deactivated, I receive an apology and am told that it won't happen again. Then guess what -- it happens again. I was told that management approved my ads and ordered them reactivated but there's no way to reach management and tell them what's happening and to try and get this issue resolved. Is there any way to get in touch with higher ups that anyone knows about?

Got my driver in the mail two days ago with the rescue 3 wood and proceeded to the range yesterday. The rescue wood is a great go to club. For me I hit it about 240 or so and with a great trajectory. But the cream of the crop is the burner driver. Wow, the first ball I hit I hit the top of the trees at our driving range and the range is 275 yards to the base of the trees. I hit some balls off center but they still carried to the bottom of the trees. But boy you sure do know when you catch on...

My ebay account closed two months ago, however few days ago I found that I have a charge of USD73 from my PayPal account by Adcom. When i log onto adcom i found that during the last two months, adcom is good enough to continous helping me to advertise my "Listing" and "customers" still had "clicks" to my "Listings", nevertheless adcom is detailed and good enough to make a graph of how many clicks i had each day?! I mean where the hell I got all those "clicks" if i wasnt listing anything and...

Hi, I just started this adcommece yesterday. I did up an ad but then realized there are many more key words I should have but in. I searched the board for how to do this but only came up with an answer saying click on the campaign tab. I don't see a "Campaign" tab anywhere after I sign in. Can someone please tell me how to add key words to my one and only ad I did, or do I have to cancel that ad and make a whole new one ? Thanks, Jeff

Hi, I think some of us are concerned about what Adwords will actually DO for us! I have been using it since it started and it's been really helpful. Even if it doesn't look like it's working to some it really is! The most important thing to use adwords for is your own eBay ID and store name, so if people are searching for your store they have a link to it as soon as they type in the keywords. Put in all the possible terms so for my ID name libbybest1 I put in: " libby best" "libbybest"...

I have 415 clicks on my various ad's i've placed, and its only cost £4.85 at the moment, but how do i know if a click leads to a sale, there isn't any info to show me that, so how do i know if it is worth advertising like this? Any help please?

I have had "0" benefit from this adcommerce type of eBay ad. The only ad I have seen or found of mine was just below my eBay listing. Why pay if they can not list my ad other than at my ebay listing as once customers found that listing they would not need to click the adcommerce spot. I have emailed the only email address I have and it comes back as undeliverable. I want to cancel but they have hiden the way to contact them (adcommerce). Maybe it is just me but my impressions are high and clicks are low. Plus, I'll go hours without any impressions and then is jumps sky high. I've searched on every keyword I've used and I never see my ad. The same top three ads in are in the same spot, in the same order every single time. How do I know that this is even doing what it is supposed to do? Blind faith?????

Hello all, On June 6th, a technical problem in one of our data centers led to the loss of some impression and click data spanning a 12 hour period between June 6 and June 7. AdCommerce ads were intermittently displayed during this time, but because impressions and clicks were not consistently tracked, you will not be billed for any clicks you may have received during this period. Hi, I am wanting to create a number of adverts in bulk and it seems to me that this would be a lot easier done offline and then to import the ads when I'm happy with them. I cannot see a way to import the ads though. Is there an equivalent to File Exchange for AdCommerce that I can use for this? Thanks Rufus

After getting a call from someone in eBay, I signed up for eBay AdCommerce I've paused my ad temporarily I wanted to know something before I carried on: how do I measure my success? There's loads of acronyms for which you can get measures for But, I can't see a measure for 'click through and purchase' or 'click through and purchase and value of transaction' anywhere? Is AdCommerce worth it? I started using AdCommerce in March when they credited my account with some free credit. For 2 months I had a low value invoice, then suddenly, once the credit was used up my costs soared March invoice - £11 (taken from free credit) April invoice - £12 (taken from free credit) May invoice - £56 (free credit used up so I have to pay) June (first 9 days) - so far have £11 in fees Now this would not be so bad if I had a corresponding increase in sales.
