I was wondering if there was any way of knowing how often clicks on ad commerce results in sales. I mean direct sales. So a customer clicks on the ad, browses the page and buys it immediately. It is something i would really like to know... jubly

This email arrived this morning but I can't find out what ebay have deactivated as I can't find my dashboard, it is driving me crazy going round in circles, please help someone? .... however, the system still does not work as it should. For those of us advertising in categories and sub-categories, not keywords, the recent upgrade make it much easier and faster to place our advertisements in several sets of sub-categories. Great! Saves a lot of time! However, at the end of the day, it does not work. While the campaign show "active" for all level 2 and level 3 sub-categories, no advertisements are shown on eBay.ca (the site selected for this campaign) two...

Hi there i have put an advert on and it shos but wehn you click the link it says "Sorry, this shop does not exist" Well i do exist and i have checked the settings and even changed it to a custom URL and still it says the same thing. Am i being daft or is it playing up? Danny

I have been trying to get straight answers from this lot for over a week now and still unable to get any idea of costs to advertise I understand it is an auction - but where / how can i bid (to get an idea of costs) - with out comitting I keep reading it has to be a link to an ebay site - however i keep seeing the www. ######## links on advertised pages. what are the rules? where can we get good help? this all seams so airy fairy - i am tired of being riped off and given the run...

I don't get how it works! My ads not showing (were earlier!) even when only one other persons ad on there, and i upped my price today too! I have 3 campaigns running - and no ads running - made a good relevant keyword list too - none work! Seems to be a waste of time as usual just like most eBay 'innovations' even if it is beta version. !!

I'm curious... has anyone received their $20.00 in free clicks, as promised when we signed up? I sent an email a few weeks ago, and was told that I would be contacted... still haven't been. I was also lead to believe that the $20.00 credit would be applied shortly... where do I confirm that? C'mon, Ebay... I thought you were trying to help us Sellers for a change! - (for a price, of course)

Like many (many many) other I feel a little frustrated at the lack of support eBay have given adcommerce. I too have been sent a voucher but after clicking it I cannot see anywhere that shows this credit has been applied. All it asks for is payment information on the account. It seems as though I am not alone in the fact that I am worried if this credit will be applied. My only option was to cancel the ad that I created so that no clicks would happen and no money will be taken. I...

Seeing as we pay eBay to have our items on display in their listings, and those listing are very often found on google and price comparison sites, why are we paying more to eBay? Consider what happens if you and everybody who sells the same as you pays the maximum amount per click, you have the same keywords as them, and you have the same budget. It will, I presume, be complete luck who gets shown in those five(six?) adds at the bottom of the page. What are you going to do to get yourself...

This adcommerce is crap.. go figure since ebay created it.... So here I am looking and looking for a way to cancel this service that WE pay for and I can't find it anywhere.... so ebay, where is the contact information and where is the option to CANCEL!!!???? Oh, and I;m cancelling and NOT paying ebay because I received an email this morning that "free shipping" is OK but that "FREE SHIPPING" is not...so the campaign I worked on for an hour yesterday... YEAH, they cancelled it.... not even...

I sell postage stamps and only advertise in the "Stamps" category and all levels of sub-categories. So far I have been running several campaigns on eBay.com (good results), eBay.uk (fair results), eBay.ca (poor). Today I started a campaign on eBay-Australia. Hi Is there any way of measuring conversions from Adcommerce clicks? We have a large amount of PPC advertising running for our standard site day2dayshop and are comfortable with this form of advertising because we can measure the effect of different campaigns. Am I missing something obvious or is there no way of monitoring cost per conversion on the AdCommerce platform? If we do not find a way to measure conversion for this spend we will be forced to pull it unfortunately.
