Hello. I am looking for a recipe from our local Mexican Restaurant for my mom.l (81 years old) They call it chili relleno, but it is NOT like those that are on the internet. (They have that one too.) It's basically a mound of ground beef with SOMETHING cooked with it to make it stick together and very flavorful. It's covered with some kind of cheese and has a pepper underneath. Does this sound like anything anyone has ever heard of? If anyone has any ideas how to make this, I'd be...

I saw a recipe in the latest Rachel Ray Magazine and have the ingredients to make it but I am afraid something is missing from the recipe. It calls for 1 and a half cups sweetened condensed milk and 3 cups of coconut. You mix it together and pat into a glass cake pan. The photo looks like there is something in the middle. What could be missing? I looked online and could find nothing similar.

Hi, I've been trying to figure out if this is an initial, symbol or just what. Others have stated both. One stated a Russian symbol. A friend of the family said it's a moon and ???? Also were trying to figure out what kind of coating it has on it. It's real shiny and glossy as you can see. Near the handle on the bottom it shows an 8 and an....H...I think. My questions what's the symbol, what kind of coating, and 8 H ???? I believe it's cast iron. It's heavy. The coating has got me...

Hey gang, have been away on vacation/holiday. Hope that you all are well ♥ DH just called and told me one of the other Regional VP's is flying in and having dinner at our house friday night. At least he gave me some notice. It better only be the four of us, as people always seem to get added on at the last minute. I was going to start the dinner off with a Lobster Cocktail or a Shrimp Gazpacho shooter recipe that I have been meaning to make. Problem is, I have never made the...

They say if you like sausage you wouldn't want to see it being made. Well, same can be said for what goes on in commercial kitchens... Chicken item this week: I just learned that "boneless wings" being sold in restaurants and likely soon in the frozen food aisle, are not actually wings at all. They are chicken breast meat cut into "fingers" to resemble wings. Hmmm, I sure notice chicken breast being sold everywhere and for sometimes shockingly low prices. Perhaps all of those...

What's your favorite ones? My fav is "The Descent" about a group of women who go cave exploring and run into some cave creatures--The make-up and plot was excellent---a sleeper, but definately worth watching to give you the creeps! I also love "The Shining" and anything about Bigfoot ---How about you'all?

For the next weekend's monthly dinner soiree with my neighbors, I will have an additional guest who is a coffee aficionado. Any suggestions as to what richly flavored coffee to serve?~ Happy is he who can discover the causes of things, for thereby he has mastered all fear, and is throned above fate. -- Goethe ~

I've been noticing a moth or two in the house, just figured it was that time of the year. Then tonight my husband told me to look in the pantry - with the light on. OMG!!! Moths have taken over in there. I looked it up on the internet - several remedies, but oh how I hate to have to unload everything in there and check it all out! Anyone have any quicker remedies??? Thanks!
