Hi Everyone, Link THE ARTIST'S CHOICE AWARDS is a peer award program created by and for Artists who are sellers on eBay. Each year, hundreds of these artists gather together to honor their favorite artists. In January and February of this year, we honored our 2007 artists and now we are beginning to prepare for the 2008 ARTISTS' CHOICE AWARDS~ACA2008~. The ACA group is private. Artists do not need to be members to be nominated. If nominated, an artist must then join the group to...

As a child, I had a tin Marx dollhouse, which I loved. I played with it and all its furniture, and had it into the 80's, when my 2 sons found it and decided that GI Joe needed to trash the furniture in the sandbox. *sob* Ever since then, I had battled with the decision about whether or not to replace it. THEN I found this one! It's identical to mine inside.. the outside is a bit different, but no biggie. It looks like nobody ever played with it! It came with some...

I'm making a roombox as a gift for a dear friend. It shows a Jewish family sitting around the table on the first night of Passover. I have pretty much what I need, but what I can't find are contemporary clothes for the parents, grandparents, teens and kids. I have the dolls, but their clothing is just inappropriate for a more formal dinner. I can't make doll clothes, and so far, I can't find a source for modern clothes that aren't either for the beach or the ballroom. Does anyone know who makes...

which scale do you usually see when you are buying doll house furniture say at Hobby Lobby. I know that one inch scale is one inch to one foot. Is 1/2" scale 1/2" to one foot? Don't laugh but I have a college education and I can't figure out which size is bigger.

My grandmother had a dollhouse when she was a child that was built in 1933 and has a historical story behind it. It still has all the contents and is quite elaborate. Years back, it was appraised at 15,000. We are looking to sell it for much less, but wondered if anyone had suggestions on the best way to go about that. Are there any high end dealers you would reccommend that I contact?
