My daughter, Barb, bought this kit some time ago and then lost the directions. She is a skilled builder of dollhouses, but says there are some trim pieces in the kit that have her baffled. Duracraft apparently has gone out of business. Does anyone know how she could obtain a copy of the directions for the farmhouse? Thanks in advance for your help.

Anyone know where I can get a pair of miniature hinges? Open dimensions are 1/4" by 1/4". I made a 1" scale hope chest and tweaked the hinges I had when I was trying to get the top to lay flat! They are now seen their better days. Thanks, Carol

Hello - A friend of our family is putting together some 20-30 year old dollhouse kits. She reached the point where she's ready to shingle the roof, but the prospect of cutting and gluing on each individual shingle as the kit stated is quite daunting. Do they make "preshingled" sheets to simply cut to size? Thought I'd ask here before I started hunting. Thanks!

I've just started collecting some dollhouse furniture. Love it! My question is: Would you buy things like bedspreads, tablecloths, etc. or make your own? I can sew, knit and crochet, but time is my problem as I work full time nights. So it would take me a while to complete something. And if you buy them, what do you look for? Handmade etc? That's a couple of questions, sorry.

Good Morning, I recently moved into a new house and found a few pieces of Halls Lifetime Toys brand Doll Furniture - I have a hutch, a table, one table for the chair and a red velvet couch. Does anybody know anything about this furniture? I tried to look it up but the only thing I can determine is that it is old. Thanks,

I appologize for the silly question but my mother in-law has the most beautiful dollhouse ive ever seen and everything in it is 3/4" scale size. I see 1:12 is for 1" size, but what is the 1:? size for the 3/4"? I am interested in getting her some pieces for her b-day and want to be sure to get the correct size. Thanks you so much for the help!

A couple of years ago I found a small dollhouse in Value Village and at 1/2 price - less than $7.00 - and although it's more like 1:24 scale I bought it , just cuz. This year I found bags of little toys, some resin and others vintage plastic, but basically close to that scale and last night I mixed and matched them to fill the house. I found out it was an Avon house from the late 80's or 90's I guess, but can't locate the info now that I want it. I found out online that the resin furniture...

I thought perhaps I could start a thread that would be quick and easy for folks to post to about whatever, big or little, is new in their dolly worlds. I MISS YOU GUYS, so maybe? we'll post more often if we don't have to start a new thread to stop in and say whats happening. I'll start... If you don't have a sense of humor, you probably don't have any sense at all.
