At the bottom of every listing you will now find a link saying "Report this item". That takes you to a form you need to fill in to tell us why you are reporting. If you suspect a fraudulent listing, fill out the form as follows: Step 1) Select "Fraudulent listings..." Step 2) You suspect that a listing is fraudulent..." I used to have a 1979 IH scout which I slowly sunk about 10k into before it was stolen. I have missed the darn thing I never really drove it much but it was my ME/fun toy. I came across one in a ad recently it looks pretty rusty but owner claims new tires (dont look new to me) new tranny and carb the price is negotiable. thing is I know if I buy it the tires are likly going to have to be replaced wither or not the seller says they are new they look dry rotted in the photos from the ad....

axle I was wondering I guess it is more of a suggestion is there anyway when somebody has a auction listed if ebay can but an link next to a bidder to cancel them. This would save the seller alot of time having to cancel a bidder the way it is setup now. I been watching different auctions and see at the last minute a O feeedback bidder will jump in or somebody who has horrible feedback will bid and then not buy the car. This in turn cost the seller in lost sales and ebay in lost fees. We...

I have a '78 GMC pickup with a 3-speed manual tranny and add-on floor shift. After a bout with a snow drift, I developed a scraping, clanging sound in the clutch area. The sound isn't there all of the time, but it's getting more frequent. Nothing's loose on the linkage or anywhere else. There's no clutch slippage during driving. I can park the pickup, put the gear shift in neutral, and still get the sound when I rev the engine. However, when I depress the clutch and rev the engine...
