Just parked my duds here for a while and thought I'd open my kitchen to everyone. It is real homey place, and if you look on the sideboard, you'll see I perked some fresh coffee and steeped some Red Rose tea for you all to enjoy. Cups, saucers, mugs, .......milk, cream and sugar are just to the right. And if you open the cabinet doors underneath, you'll find some do-nuts and bisquits.....PLEASE.....help yourself.. MMMmmmmmmmmm...just smell that tea and coffee............MMMMMmmmmm Oh...

So I thought this would be a nice place to get a hug if you are down or a get well wish for any one who need a little lift. Hi all - I've got a motion floodlight that has been turned off for years because it has a mind of its own. From what I understand the motion lights don't work and are a waste of money (Jen's got 3 she never uses because they are constantly blinking when on). I had an electrician here last week to change one and didn't watch how he did it because I was sick in bed. I'd have him come back but he's extremely good, very fast, and outrageously expensive! Do I need to cut the power to...

Hi Everyone, That four letter word is expected again for the Buckeye, Lake effect snow this time, and am getting really bad cabin fever. I know a lot of you have Spring bulbs/flowers blooming, and I would really enjoy seeing them. And I have no doubt, others would too. Ok, I admit, I had to buy this Hyacinth at the grocery store. Who could resist Maggi

I am interested in selling quilts. The top of the quilts are usually sewn by the use of a sewing machine, then the quilting can be optionally done by hand or with a machine. Can this be called handmade if the entire quilt is not stitched by hand?

Hi all, Looking for some advice I have been selling on ebay for almost 2 years and it has been great fun for me. I sell a variety of items mostly knick knacks, clothes just items around the house. I work a full time job so this is just extra income for me, however I struggle for sells. My sells are not very steady, and I am trying to decide whether to continue this after the end of the year. I seem to get watchers but they rarely buy. Can some of you give me advice as to what I might...

I have a customer that purchased a new lamp in Canada. She received the lamp broken. What do I do? I have 3 shipping options and she choose the cheapest shipping. If she choose Priority or Express I could file a claim. I made sure to wrapped the item well. I opened the sealed box and added more padding then I place that box in another box with more padding.... My return policy is 7 days refund and I am not responsible for manufactured defects. If she returns it shipping is outrageous. I am...

It was blue and white patterns at first, all " matchy matchy"...then I started mixing patterns and colors...oh no! THAT was where I got hooked...my husband actually likes the bed the way I do it up now.".like in a magazine" he says,it really has improved our love life..we are in our early 60's so that is a big deal! Now I...

A few weeks ago, we purchased an older, used clothing dryer from Craigslist. When I use it, the whole downstairs heats up terribly and my windows get foggy. I have a hard time being downstairs if the dryer is in use! Does anyone know why this would happen and what to do about it? Thanks!

Hi All - I have pruned back all my Hydrangeas for the season, some were monster bushes with no flowers on them, and in the process I seem to have wound up with 4-5 small "plants" because pieces broke off the main, huge bush. I put them in the ground along the new shed but after doing some online reading today it seems that Hydrangeas are supposed to be started either in the summer months outside or inside in the winter. Have I already lost these little babies or do you think they will...
