New Small Flat-Rate Box Too Small
Yesterday, I saw one of the new small flat rate boxes and was very disappointed that it appears to be the size of a Priority Mail small video box. The problem is that I normally use the large video box and put in inside a flat rate envelope to get the lower rate when the package is over 1 lb. If the idea was to eliminate the cost saving (postage lower) practice of putting the video boxes inside flat rate envelopes, this was a poor decision on the part of USPS. They should have made the...
