So I posted an Ad for a Xbox Repair Guide some months ago and it started at $.01. It ended at 3 something dollars. The buyer paid. Product sent. I get a message from eBay that I was manipulating feedback. I got suspended for 14 days. No warning. No 1st timer slap on the wrist. I have 160 something positive feedback. This puts a hold on my income which pays for my car, my bills, my college tuition. Is this fair? I mean this is a no win for me and eBay. they don't get a nice chunk...

I am at my wit's end with a seller. I am a fan and collector of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia. There is a seller that is constantly selling fake items, claiming they belonged to her, and making thousands. These are cheap thrift store pieces that weren't even around during MM's lifetime. The seller offers to write her own COA to authenticate them! Even worse, she will forge COAs on charity letterhead, in the hopes that associating herself with the name of a reputable charity it will legitimize her....

Hi everyone. I have a question about an auction I recently bid on. I found a beautiful ring that was described in the auction title as vintage. The description inside the auction also stated it was vintage and went on to say that it was authentic 1960s but was never worn. That was my first "red flag". So I went into the seller's feedback and saw that the seller has sold the exact same ring in the past. She also is currently selling another "vintage" ring that she has sold 5 or 6 of in the...

I search by country and I am so tired of searching for U.S.A. listings and have tons of listings from China show up. They put down //// United States as the orgin of the listing and in the listing itself you can see it's not. It just irratates me!!================================================== Yes I do sell on ebay, this is my buying ID.

I listed a Tablet computer accurately with model number, specs etc. The buyer received the item in perfect condition, but decided they didn't like the product. I have a no return policy. He opened a case against me, I thought since the item was recieved and described properly, my feedbak is perfect, and I am a good seller eBay would rule in my favor. After more than a month eBay just credited the buyer. Now I am out the money for the item, the shipping, the eBay fees, and I don't...

Ebay is implementing policies to the seller favor. In other words, they are teaming with seller to default the consumer. Ebay closed our case because of the report of the confirmed delivery to the wrong address. No appeal is allowed. Ebay did not check or even care if seller made a correct delivery. Either Seller or UPS made a mistake on delivery address but consumer has to pay for their mistakes. I was cheated money. Seller was arrogant and did not want to assist consumer to follow up...
