Hi, I currently sel odds and ends on my account. I want to start selling my art items, but would like to sell them under a different account and user ID. Do I need to have a whole different bank account, credit card, paypal account, etc to do this? Or can I have 2 user ID's for selling using the same bank info, etc? Thanks in advance!

Ebay want me to Verify my Phone Number, but i do not have a phone number at home, i only have hand phone, and every time i try to Place call it will came out this message Verify Your Phone Number the following must be corrected before continuing: The number you entered is either invalid or is used on too many accounts. Update the primary phone number in your registration information to continue this process. i already updated my handphone number. now i cannot listing or bid any item...

I have been registered on the core ebay.com site for years. However, I list on the UK site. Though I qualify for powerseller discounts on both sites, ebay will not give them to me because I am registered with core ebay but sell on UK ebay. There is a criss-cross there that they won't honor. If I get a UK post office box for businesses and change my registered address to a UK address, will that mean I am then registered on the UK ebay site? If so, I'd then qualify for their discounts. I recently moved and changed my email address. Updating my physical address and phone number was easy, but when I attempted to update my email address, I got a message that my new address was already registered. No matter what I did I couldn't make it accept my new email address. I went to online chat and asked what I could do to resolve this issue and was told that since my email address was "recycled" by my service provider, I would have to change my email address in order to use Ebay....

I switched IPS' and I need to update my email; When I try it says I my email and user ID can't be the same, they are not. (nagelxj and nagelxj@nagelhome.com) my old email was nagelxj@charter.net. Any ideas?

Even though when i punch in the first letter of name and it automtically comes up and the password then does -it gives me a not the right password signal. Nothing has changed yet when I signed in for discussion it accepts. If I go back to old e-mails it sometimes will let me in that way.The real funny part is my name is in a welcome back but still won,t accept.

hello, I am in the UK. I have had a problem which required me to change my password, which has been done with the help of a live chat with EBay. However I can only log in to the Ebay.com site, which has all the preferences in USA based systems. I can not login to the Ebay.co.uk site with my new password? Any suggestions?

Hello, A friend got off to a bit of a false start recently. She has a long history of selling antiques and collectibles and wanted to also start selling beads. She created a second ID for the beads, which, of course has no feedback history. She's wanting to add featured plus to a listing and discovered the 10 feedback minimum. There are probably other issues with new accounts she has yet to discover which leads to these questions: Is the best way to deal with this simply to advise...

Im trying to change my email address for my account, but when it directs me to the page, there is no verification code visable.... so i cant continue............ i have tried refreshing the page and all sorts. any ideas?? thanks

I have been with ebay since 1998 and recently needed to call them. Without a phone pin and birthdate, you cannot get through. Obviously, my birthdate is incorrect and I need to correct it. HOW DO I DO THIS? I have spent hours going through all the "help" pages and have not found a clue. Birthdate does not show up on account information Thanks

I signed up a new account today. I have no activity on it. I want to change my user id name. Do I cancel the account totally and restart or do I need to wait the 30 days. If I cancel the account can I make a new account with the same email address and info other than a different user id.

Hey there, and good evening. Ok, this might sound strange. Long story short, I had an account open way back when, and it got suspended due to non payment and something else, they said something about shill bidding which wasn't happen, this was a long time ago, so finally not long ago, I got a hold of the account again, paid it all off, and went to get it back up and going.
