Share with us your name (if you like), a little bit about yourself, and why you like scrabooking, or maybe why you're addicted to it. hee hee I'm Sarah. I'm 30 (boo hoo) and a SAHM to my 6 month old son. I have a wonderful husband of 6 years who is an RN. I'm also a full time grad student getting my MFA in Illustration. I love scrapbooking because I've always loved art, and it's such a creative outlet for me. I've recently gotten into cardmaking and I love that too!

I just figured out how much it is going to cost me with the new fees coming in April. Ebay has stated "The upfront cost of selling on eBay is about to be dramatically reduced with our lowest Insertion Fees ever"! Well someone needs to explain this to me......I have had a basic store on Ebay since 2007 and for the entire year of 2009 paid a total of $790 for the monthly fee, store inventory fees per listing and final value fees (also includes fees from Paypal). As I sit here looking around and peeking in all of my hiding places, I think that I could open my own scrapbook store and start with a pretty healthy inventory! lol Sometimes I think that I'm more of a collector than a "doer"! When I'm at home, I feel really guilty working on a page instead of doing laundry or cleaning something. Not that my house is a mess - but working 10 hours a day does me in sometimes and I really don't feel like coming home, making dinner and then folding laundry....

Mothers, I would love your imput on what you believe is the current hot trends for children-- music, movies, tv shows, etc. Is the Princess trend still popular? What about Fancy Nancy? What are popular books? Would like imput on children, preteen, or Teens. Thanks! Anne

Hello everyone! Boy it has been a while since I was able to get in here...I sure have missed it!! Quick question....I got our Disney album from last February finished and had to add so many pages it wont even close....The cover is like propped almost straight up when it is laying on its back.... Now my question is this...Im doing our new Disney book from Christmas....Lots more pictures....Is there a limit to the number of pages you can safely place into a hard cover scrapbook...I dont...

I'm in a quandary. I have a Cricut, the original Cricut. I have the Design Studio software, just trying to find time to figure it out. Tuesday Morning has the Wishblade at a crazy -low ridiculous price - $149 and some change. I didn't want the Wishblade when it came out, as I couldn't justify the cost, and I hated the thought of lugging around a laptop that weighs a ton. Things have changed. Hubby got me a Netbook for Christmas 2008, and it goes with me almost everywhere....

hello I have found about 5 old great scrapbooks loaded with postcards, greeting cards, party invitations you name it it is in these books. I would like to remove some of these from the books but they are in there tight as the day that they where glued in. Does anyone know how to remove these lovely items safely with damaging the cards?

For you craft show sellers and buyers, what trends do you see currently in that venue? In the past I was surprised that many craft shows seemed to have the same theme . One year lambs, or angels, Victorian, country, Annie dolls, primitive, etc. Some years it seemed every table had dolls,and the next tee shirts and handmade tote bags. Have any of you picked up any theme or article that is really hot now. Also, in the past it seemed most sellers had themed tables, with their unique items Now it...

After taking a few years off of scrapbooking, I decided to start back again after my 3yr old kept asking if the scrapbook pages were of him. I'm working on a page and need some more large letters from Studio Sticker / Road Trip. Does anyone know where I could find these? Or does anyone have a package to sell new or used?
