When will you add FedEx to the list of shipping options?

Hi there and thanks for this opportunity to clarify the seller updates.

I use FedEx a great deal and have wondered why it doesn't show as a shipping option at the time of listing. I presently offer USPS Parcel Post as a shipping option, then ship via FedEx because I have a great discount (sellers ask me how!) 95% of the time, the customer doesn't care HOW it gets there as long as it's cheap and fast. Occasionally though, I get a complaint because I "switched the carrier." Please consider offering FedEx as an option.

Hi canaan573 - it's our pleasure to be available to help with your questions.

We understand that some sellers have asked to have FedEx added as an option to offer buyers and we are working on making this available. Meanwhile, please consider using the new "Standard shipping" and "Expedited shipping" services offered in the fall seller release that allow you to set the right buyer delivery expectations without getting buyer complaints of "swiching the carrier".

You can see some more detail about these services at this link.

we are working on making this available.

Nothing personal, but you've been 'working on' this particular issue (and so many others) of adding FedEx since 2007.

It's the same answer you gave us when we asked then. Almost as if it's a scripted type response to things you want to put off while appearing to care.

But congratulations on overcoming the pesky "moving the ask a question link" ordeal - that nobody actually asked for. That must have really been a challenge.
