Clicks to sales

I was wondering if there was any way of knowing how often clicks on ad commerce results in sales. I mean direct sales. So a customer clicks on the ad, browses the page and buys it immediately.

It is something i would really like to know...

I have only just registered and created my first campaign, but I didn't fine much background information from AdCommerce to help. It would be most helpful if you could find out how many clicks produce actual sales. How else are you to know if your campaign is working and genuinely creating more business!

Any answers would be appreciated.

My AdCommerce Rep told me on Friday this is something they are working on.

I'm looking forward to it.

Dis they give a time frame? I was told in March there was no way they could reports sales conversion rates.
