Hi jeweladdictconnie,

Sorry you were having trouble.  We definitely want you to earn and use all of the eBay Bucks you can.  Would you mind checking your statement?  You can reach it by going to My eBay then clicking on the eBay Bucks along the left navigation area under Buy.  Scroll down to the bottom and you should see what you earned and what you bought to redeem your eBay Bucks.

If it doesn't look like you used your eBay Bucks, feel free to ping me here and I'll see what I can do to help.

Kind regards,

Hillary
