How come I can't leave feedback from the item's auction page any more?

Being able to transact all business from an item's auction page used to be a simple thing to do. How come this was changed? Ebay is not getting easier to use, it's getting more complicated. Am I the only one who feels this way?

No response from eBay? I guess it's not worth their effort.
