I have a problem.
01/30/12 I purchased in seller polida2008 three goods:
10PCS IC DALLAS TO-92 DS18B20 (250916290438) - 1 pcs
IC LM2596S-5.0 LM2596S-3.3 LM2596S-12 LM2596S-ADJ 3PCS (250827149253) - 5 pcs
IC PROLIFIC SSOP-28 PL-2303 PL-2303HX PL2303 PL2303HX 2PCS (250936517712) - 1 pcs.
The parcel, I still have not received it. Negotiations with the seller or to no avail. The seller wants me to pay extra money for re-shipment of goods. I refused to do so. The seller offers me to wait a little while. But I think that the parcel is lost in the mail (if the seller sent it) and I can not get my purchase.
I can not apply in Resolution Center because it's been more than 45 days. Really I can not solve this problem?
