Detailed Seller Ratings. I need help please.

My detailed seller rating continue to go down even though I have not received feedback. What's up with that? I have other ID's and they are fine. My selling practices are the same. The others are excellent. This ID continues to drop and no one has even left any feedback when it does. I have been keeping an eye on it and I am getting dinged for nothing. I have tried to contact eBay at least 4 times by email times and not once have they returned with an answer. In fact, I have not even heard from them. I also tried to call them several times by phone and explain I was concerned about the situation and they said they could do nothing. What is wrong with this picture? No help for sellers? I have been with eBay for 10 years and it just gets worse. What can I do to fix this?

Perhaps older higher feedbacks are rolling off.

This is not the help center or anything. it is a "Discussion Board" of eBay users. We work for eBay just like every other seller, racking up the fees for them.

Stars continue to change daily even without feedback because our ratings only show for 12 months...as the days roll on good or bad feedback rolls off and changes your score.

No, I do not work for ebay.

How can I keep my DSR's from going down. They have been going down and I have not received feedback when they do. The last month they have dropped from 4.7 to 4.4 enough to get me kicked off from selling. Right or wrong? Is eBay doing this on purpose to get rid of the smaller ID sellers. I don't have an answer.

All I can offer is an explaination of what's happening. As far as I know, the credit repair places aren't doing ebay stars yet.
