I am interested in a seller vinatge barbie items, the listing states that international buyers are to contact them for shipping costs, but I can't get through  to them, it's blocked,

 

I realize that this vendor noramlly does not sell to international buyers and there for does not have their account set up to accept e-mails from them.

 

Is there some way E-bay can contcact them on my behalf to advise them that soemone is intersted but acnnot access their e-mail.
