Could someone please help me identify this Bearington bear?

Oct 29, 2009 2:15 PM
Hello. I was wondering if any one would happen to know the name of this bear and what year he was introduced / retired. He is jointed and has cream colored fabric that looks like cotton stuffing. Thank you for any information. Shanna. Link

The link didn't work - takes me to photobucket's home page but not your picture -

have you checked the Bearington web site? I think they have pictures of retired bears there -

I suspect it is a baby bear called Cuddles -

I believe someone washed the bear and dried it in the dryer - it makes the plush crumple up like that - I have seen it many times with Boyds that have been washed and dried.

Thank you. It does look like he was probably dried. The fur under his ribbon and behind his ears are longer and flufffier than the rest of him. Thanks again for your insights.
