...some old "family" books. I haven't found any books worth selling at the moment. The ones with sigs and inscriptions that I have are worth very little, so better to keep them. However, I did find 5 books about some ancestors of my mother's side of the family. They were "Doctors of Divinity," father and son during the latter two thirds of the 19th c. The son seemed to be a fairly prolific writer, and I'm almost ashamed to say that I haven't read any of them (although some of the prose is good enough to put an insomniac to sleep). I think that considering the condition of most of them, donating to a library or interested archive would be the politic thing to do if no one wants the books when I shuffle off this mortal coil. I put links to the via libri search just for interest's sake. Wendy
