Rummaging through a barn today and found this book entitled "The Lives of the Most Eminent English Poets; With Critical Observations on Their Works" Authored by William Johnson, LLD and Published in New York by William Durell in 1811. It is soft-bound and everything about it tells me it's real.... laid paper, uneven edges, and all that other stuff. ... It is Volume II of three. Can anyone give me Some information on its rarity and value? Thanks.

Probably of little real value, being a later reprint and incomplete.  The first separate edition of Johnson's Lives was issued at London in 1781, and in America near the turn of the century (1803?) at Philadelphia, and thereafter was reprinted by one publisher or another roughly every ten minutes for about a century.  You can get a general idea as to perceived value with an ABE search:
