Usual response from the Ranch......

If I have a question, problem.... on the Ranch, this is what I get back immediately on submitting my question/problem:

"Your request has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff. We strive to answer all support emails within 24 hours but usually respond within 2-8 hours. We promise to provide you with a personal and relevant response, or at least the best canned answer you have ever read. All times on Bonanza refer to PST (UTC/GMT -8 hours) but don't get weirded out if we answer you at some abnormal time, that is how we roll. If you have not received a response within 24 hours please do let us know."

The nicest thing?  They usually respond within 24 hours or less - or contact me and say why it will take longer.  Doncha love smaller companies?

I forget what the Ranch is.

The ranch was The Ponderosa. The show about the ranch was Bonanza.

Before this thread I had never heard of it, but it looks like a nice site, so I am going to list some things over there and see what happens.  Hopefully a stampede of buyers!

the Ranch lets you leave items on the site nearly forever and only charge if/when sold.  Lower fees etc.  One nice aspect is their tie-in with google; nearly everyone gets a shot at having items listed there with some frequency.  Not a lot of action for me, but I have sold a few items there (like yesterday.....).

AND you can download from ebay to the Ranch without having to do too much work.  OK, enough of the commercial...
