Not - I had to stop selling for more than a month, starting about 10 days before Christmas, due to a surgery and recovery. Normally that's my best time of the year, and I had no income then. Building back up takes time, and I need to get back to where I was before. A week off is a luxury I can't afford. :(

No - for several reasons.

First - it isn't just my income. I pay people. Not selling on Ebay this week would effectively mean one person couldn't work this week. How would you like it if your boss told you that they were boycotting something this week so you were off without pay for a week?

Second - Fee changes happen annually. Get over it.

Third - I think that overall the changes will result in a healthier marketplace and that is a good thing.

Fourth - In the larger scheme of my business, Ebay changes are pretty far down on the list in terms of impact. The 50% increase in the price of nutmeg oil is of much greater concern right now.

No for the above reasons. And can we save this thread and just revive it when the next ebay shake up comes around? It will save most of us a LOT of time and energy :)

No and for basically the same reasons I sold my Don Quixote suit, spare lances, and horse when I was much younger.

As much as I disliked those dang windmills, it hurt me worst than it did them when I charged into them and about all that happend was that I splintered yet another lance.

No, for many of the same reasons above.

Organizing eBay sellers is a lot like herding cats -- while it may lead to something the cats would prefer, they are such independent cusses that it's unlikely you'd ever get them to see it that way. :)

eBay sellers are cats - fiercely independent, even if they do all hiss at the same things.

eBay buyers are like dogs - easily domesticated and loyal to whichever hand feeds them.

IMHO.

Not boycotting. I just got back from a trade show in Vegas and not only did I max out my credit card trying to drink myself to death, but ran up some heafty orders for the fall season.
I'll get over the hangover, but I kinda need to keep sales on the upswing in order to have the money in the bank to pay for the stuff once production starts.
I've got way too much invested in this business to throw a virtual temper tantrum.
