Auctiva Payment Link - Page Cannot be Found

First, is it just me, or does ebay help not exist?

To the point, I have won an item and when I attempt to pay, the opening page says that the seller uses Auctiva, and then when I hit the continue button to pay I get a "The Page Cannot Be Found" error.

Has anyone seen this, at what is the resolution?

Try logging off your computer and starting over. Sometimes its just a Java script issue. If you do this and keep getting the error,,let your seller know asap, what is going on, so the two of you can work out a solution on payment.
