ebay bucks

who do we contact when we have problems. I used ebay bucks for an item and it took the full cost of the item from my paypal anyway. Then my ebay bucks showed that it wasn't used at all. that's fine. but now it's a few weeks later and the amount was taken from my ebay bucks, so I go to my paypal account to see if they credited it. No....so essentially i paid for the item twice.

I just won another item, thought I'd have my ebay bucks to pay for it, now my account says my ebay bucks is only $6

well, did it again. the item was $16.50 my ebay invoice says I was charge $10.50 and my paypal account took $16.50.

thanks ebay for those ebay bucks
