seller not answering mult. req. for invoice

I bought three items from a seller a week ago. They did an invoice for two but not the third. I've requested a total for all items four times.
The item descriptions on the listings say to only use ebay's messaging system for contact yet I've done this four times and I'm now worried about getting a non-paying bidder e-mail. The listings also say that invoices are done every morning so I know this seller's on each day.
The items I purchased are photographs so I don't want to pay $5 to ship two then another $5 to ship a third separately and the listings state that shipping can be combined for up to 100 photos.
Is there anything more I can do?

send the amount for the 3 photos plus $5 shipping total. If the seller needs more, they will refuse the payment and contact you, otherwise, they will ship.

How do I find the seller's e-mail address to plug into the recipient field for paypal? If I put "ebay items" then it prompts me to use ebay's checkout which is where I pay for separate shipping, etc.
