Virus Scan

Hello,

When running an adware scan or virus scan, do you have to do it for each user?

You wouldn't have to with an antivirus program. It should scan everything on the drive. Although I'd guess (I don't know as I only use a single account) the account you are running when you initiated the scan would need administrator privileges. I'd suspect the same would apply to an antispyware program but I don't know for certain as I haven't used one for years.

as long as you run the scan(s) in the computer admin account it will scan all accounts on the computer :)

I'll do it later, I'm on vacation!!
