There is a new book available on kugels with 309 full color pages of photographs of authentic kugels, including 700+ photos of over 450 different items and 85 brass caps.

The book was compiled by visiting over 20 fantastic private collections.

In addition to photographs, it contains a rarity guide.

The book is presently sold on eBay and is called "Kugels : An Antique Christmas Obsession" by Tucker Beesley.
