It's so charming!
One caution though... be SURE to remove ALL the mold (that is mold, right?) from the walls, floors, etc, before you paint or do any other work on it. If you don't completely remove it, it could come right back through the paint or paper.
And don't forget to wear a face mask and eye protection while you're cleaning it off.
After THAT.. have FUN and keep us updated, ok?
It's going to be adorable with some of those lovely rugs and other creations you do.

Lucky you AND your daughter. I would think decorating her room with dollhouses will be nice for her to visit in the future, and nice for you now! Please show us updates often, I would love to see how that beautiful house evolves.
