Hi all.I had one buyer in Australia who bought 2 items off me and gave no name or address,he then left me negative feedback for not sending.I had problems with this idiot before on another site.I asked ebay to check it out and remove the negatives.I got you guessed it an auto reply saying almost impossible for them to remove negative feedback,work it out with the buyer,that is not possible as the buyer on purpose bid just to give negatives.I would like to know where do ebay get off by making good money off us sellers but giving complent crap service.Pissed off.

how did they pay you have to have a address in paypal and here on ebay to wonders how you did not see a address

I am also curious how they paid you since they have to have an address on eBay and PayPal.

This is not possible as they must have an address to get an eBay user ID.  this is simply how the system is programed.

I never know address of a buyer nor do I care to until they pay, at which time it comes up as where to send item..(I sell only US and have all other countries blocked) if for some reason a name came up with no shipping address you should of called eBay in person if you could not get a live person responce in site. It it is a country you don't ship to then you can cancel there is a place to do this and eBay accepts it with no mark against you.

If you have a stalker do the easy solve

Inform eBay ~~however you must do it

Block this user

Change your user name and even site appearance so they can't get to you...:8}
