I don't understand why some buyers will leave a nasty message about the item they recieved being nothing like what they thought it would be. I honestly try to the best of my ability to take quality pictures and describe the item in detail, as well as encourage additional questions to be asked before placing a bid.
About just shy of a month ago (June 1st), I had a last minute bidder asking me questions about some hair extensions, I thought I had covered everything, as well as the fact they were 4 years old and one piece was missing but it was still a "full head", as it was enough to cover around the head. A few days later, I get a message about how thin and how much shorter they were then what I had stated them to be (I measured them twice fyi), and how I should of told her all this etc. She never asked for a refund or even a partial, nothing.
I replied to her stating I was sorry she was not happy with her purchase, and I try to describe all my items to the best of my honesty and knowledge and to let me know if there was anything I could do for her regaurding the situation. She never replied and that same day I recieved negative feedback from her...
Well just this week almost a month later, she decided to open a case against me stating to ebay that I didn't communicate with her and the item was not as described and all that jazz, and that she would like a full refund. I am floored to say the least, just seems so wrong to me!
However, I went ahead and issued the full refund. My questions is though, is she still required to ship the item back to me, or does she get to keep them and her money? I am not going to stress over it, as I am sure the condition of them will not be the same as when they left my home anyway, but just for future reference if this happens again to me. Thank you! ![]()
