hello i would like to buy from a new seller an item, the seller has no reviews or any feedbacks, so iam afraid to get scamed, or not to get the item as described or not to recieve the item at all ....
so any suggestions plzz with this issue.... !!

you have 45 days from the date you buy ANY item form ANY seller. what you do is buy a item pay then go to purchased history click on that item then top right says View details click that theres a date in which your Suppose to get the item by ... if you do not get it wait 4 more days contact seller if you do not like there reply or they do not reply go to resolution center located top right on any ebay page its a drop down menu from Customer Support. file a item not recieved case.
