Does anyone else hate the listings that offer an item of clothing at a low BIN and then when you open the listing, there are numerous items at different prices and the one with the low advertised price isn't even the item in the title? (Example: title shows a dress for $1.99 BIN, but when you open the listing, the dress is $39.99 and a clear bra strap is $1.99. Very annoying and misleading.

it is not just clothing.  have seen listings for saxophones for $.99, when you click on it it goes to a listing that says  buy it now for $35000.  (not listed anywhere in the listing)  it then tells you do not bid.  it is like they are luring people in for a good auction and then doing a "bait and switch"type deal.
