Ebay fees

How can I find out all the fees I will incur when I sell an item? I need to know fees for listing (and extra photos, bold, and other features costs). I need to know about reserve fees and if there are fees for a buy it now.?Also I want to know how much the "out" fees will be? And what will be the fees via Paypal if the buyer pays with a charge card? My item will have an $8500 reserve price and will sell for at least $9000. It is not a vehicle but a rare collectible item.

I have searched through many "help" areas on Ebay but can't find anything with a schedule of fees, etc.

Thanks.

Seller fees and invoices...

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/seller-fees.html

The blue print words on that page are connects to display further info.

I would SERIOUSLY reconsider selling something of that worth on this site...and then not do it.
