Why does mountaineer29 still show 100% feedback even though I reported him to ebay for never paying me my $90 for the item I accidentaly shipped to him before he payed me for it? I'm still fuming over this.

I think you have that backwards YOU shipped it without getting Paid. You should have looked to see if you were Paid before shipping
