Now that funds are being held for sellers for different time periods, which can be 3 weeks or longer, and the fact that we have to send out items before we have our shipping fees, is no concern for Ebay or Paypal, which have had their mistakes already in payment times and releases, with the tracking being held up, from no fault of our own!  I wish the former owner/starter of Ebay had just kept it, and not sold it to these people!
