Hi , i am new user here and i want with the process to sell my items i faced two problems

first : while completing selling it asks about setting up account for ebay fees and ask to choose from 3 types first was paypill and is not supported in my country the second add debit card i added mine and this message came "Your card could not be authorized."

second : i left it as it is i went the next day to try but i face another message before even reaching the previous one !!!!!

" Sorry! We're currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to complete the process at this time."

WHAT CAN I DO TO SELL PLZ HELPPPPP !!!!!

Yes i am sure i am right i got to sell to usa and also to wordwide and i have already registered that and verified  all needed for that .this problem in not concerned about that  . i have found result about verifing phone number but i dont know how??  from this link
