Hello good day to all!

I wonder what the procedure for relistar my first product sold, the buyer did not pay for the product and has waited six days, also sent several emails to the buyer, but I was not reciprocated. Due to be my first sale, I have a limit value, so I can not relistar the same product. What should I do to remove the sale of my hstórico not materialized.

Since it's been over 4 days since the listing ended, you can open a UID [Unpaid Item Dispute] and can close the dispute in 4 days [to the MINUTE] after you opened the dispute. The buyer will receive a "stike" against their ID if they do not pay and you close the dispute on day 8.

Relist after the dispute process is completed/closed.

Thanks for clarifying my friend!

I would like you to tell me the steps I have to go through to file a dispute. What procedures. Today I received an email from ebay that I iformando will be deducted from my paypal account the corresponding value for the sale, however this was not achieved. Please could you tell me the way to further the process of dispute.

Unpaid Item Policy...

I think I've read on other threads/boards that there's also a link to the "Resolution Center" somewhere on the My Ebay pages. Since we haven't been active buyers/sellers since Spring 2008, haven't had much need to visit our own My Ebay pages to see what's there anymore.

1st thing you need to do is go into your Seller Dashboard, that's under the account tab. Then under selling preferences click on the "unpaid Item Assistant"  turn that on. You can set it up for whatever your payment requirements are, whether you require payment in 3,5,7 days etc. Then it will auto come on for you when a customer has not paid. You always have the option to turn it off on individual items if you make other arrangements with your buyer.

But that will only start on future and active listings. For the one you have now you will have to do it manually. If you open up the page with that listing on it. or to the right side of your title under your sold items there is a option to "resolve a problem" pick customer has not paid and you want to open a UPI. That way after the waiting period (4 days) ebay will credit back the fees for a sold item that the buyer did not pay for and then you can relist. If you have any questions or need more help feel free to message me, If its a question I can answer I will:)

eBay has saved our souls from the hands of the Devil when we get angry and want to slash out in these NPB issues.

THEY EBAY ~ has instituted an automatic system you can apply and they do all the work for you and give the buyer a slap on the hand ~enough bad marks and the fail eBay..demoted out the door.

Use this program there is a pop up when you open a NPB case and from there on it's out of your hands...It's a saving grace for the sellers karma. when E informs you they suggest relisting.
