To research "ebay value" [if any], type in what you'll be selling in the search box, in your case...funk's g hybrid corn signs. Scroll down a bit and on the left side of the page under Show only...check the box for completed listings.

This will give you an idea of IF or for what? similar signs have sold for on ebay during the past 2 weeks.

Do a search on ebay and you will get an idea of what they are worth. if there arent any then its your call if you start hi you can always lower it before a bid is made or 12 hours before the listing ends

the key to ebay is have a good search title. just think how you would type in to find what you want.  dont forget to use the words sign in the listing title.and tell the truth in your description. take pictures of the bad spots and TELL THE TRUTH> There is no room for error.  Do shipping included so you get a 5 star rating automatically and never forget delivery confirmation. THAT IS THE BIGGEST SCAM BUYERS USE AGAINST SELLERS.  YOU NEED TO PROVE YOU SHIPPED IT AND.........THEY GOT IT!!!!. hOPE THAT HELPED. wELCOME TO EBAY.

The OP is my stepson. We found over 140 Funk's G Hybrid signs ranging from Excellent to Poor condition with the majority in the Excellent to Good range. Most have never been used and the majority of them were all stacked just as they must of been delivered decades ago. They had some type of preservative paper in between them which obviously helped to retain the quality. The largest signs we have are 45.5" X 40.5" and we are actually looking for someone who has a store front who would like to purchase every sign we have for a bulk price. I created a spreadsheet with detailed information on types, sizes, condition, and amount available.

We have been in talks with CrackerBarrel but they are taking too long and if they don't give us a final determination soon we are looking elsewhere. The idea of individually selling and shipping 140+ signs does not appeal to me in the least. I'd rather take a cut in total profit and sell them in bulk to a reseller who can then auction them off individually and make a profit for themselves as well.
