You don't ust have to have (-) FB to lose your top rated seller rating. Check your seller dashboard, if you have 3 people in 1 year's time that score 1-2 in any classification such as ship time or another category, you will lose you top rated seller status.  I don't know how anyone gets it and maintains it with those rules.  From month to month, I never know if I'll keep it.  Hope that helps!

Yup, one day I was a top rated seller, the next for no apparent reason, I was low performance and my discount was taken away, then those F#$%^&ing people in Tiawan tell me that they will review my seller status..........in a year. Just so they can screw the seller, take away the discount they preach they give good sellers, and charge us even more. read my posting about how they put a hold on your money, even when the customer has left a good positive feedback. if it is still up.

Have you check all the advertising they do for BestBuy products, Name Brand Shoes, Clothes and so on????

I have been selling since 1998 and full time since 2001.

What a big change....

I lost my status because i dont submit my tracking number within 24hours of buyers payment.

I do custom products and need customers approval before shipping it. sometimes they dont respond till a week later.

so bottom line especailly for custom sellers they "EBAY" wants us to leave.

I have have downgraded my store to the lowest level and will soon find another source, i hope its soon!
