buy from ebay but donot have US confirmed paypal address

I want to buy a product from ebay but seller insist buyer must have US confirmed pay pall address otherwise the deal will be cancelled(I donot have). Is there any one to help me ?

Hi there,

I am confused. Do you mean you do not have a verified paypal account? Or you do no have a confirm US address?

Because some buyers really do not have paypal account but other payment method will do like money order, check, western union, etc. But the seller must approve first.

I understand they require you to give them your checking account number..??

I use Paypal to buy, (I don't sell) but I absolutely refuse to give them that information..

Hi I am a Scot and ship to Uk all the time and some pay with E check just have to wait for check to clear before shipping
