I had a buyer that purchased an item from me. It was a Bio Fuel Pump. He stated that He contacted the manufacturer and that they stated the item was stolen. I advised that it was not and that He could return it to me and I would give him a full refund, No Questions. He contacted Ebay customer support and they have sided with him, Given him a full refund from my paypal, but now I dont get my item back. How can an honest seller deal on Ebay with this kind of thing going on. This is the second time I've had something like this happen from a Buyer. So I'm just very sick and tired of Ebay Buyer Protection program.
