so i'm new to ebay, i've purchased 2 phones and both phones seemed to be affective! 1st one was a samsung memoir, the camera didn't work.. returned it & got a full refund. second was a htc dash, kept turning off on me. they sent me a new battery, that didn't work. exchanged it & they gave me a dash back, but a crappier one. that one didn't work either. & they're sending me a battery because they think thats the case. it's not, i have a extra battery. what is going on? i've been having bad experiances.. i think after i return this phone i won't be using ebay anymore.
