Ebay txt alert charges

I recently bid on one thing and I read what the charge would be, and it said each text would be $0.25. However it seemed to have an extra charge, so did I misread something?
Can somebody please direct me to the page that lists the charges for receiving alerts by text.

It's $.25 for the first ten messages, and an additional $.25 for each ten messages after that.
