Gettng bugs fixed in Android App?

How does one officially report bugs in the Android app? I have found 2 of them:

If you lose an auction and click "View more like this" it lists Items in the US even though I have "United Kingdom" as my Selected eBay site.When listing an item (in this case a printer),
in the Item Specifics section, only the connectivity is remembered. Nothing else I select or enter there is stored.

Any ideas?
