Is the iPhone eBay app only good for watching auctions??

I just dl'd the app, I usually just go to the full site on Safari.

I tried to relist an auction this AM, but couldnt find the option to.
All I can do is search, watch, and bid. Where are the options to list, relist, etc?

Its kinda useless.

you also can't make a best offer on an item
