"Pay with Paypal" don´t work

I was able to get the ebay app with a iTunes giftcard since I live in sweden and can´t use the USA iTunes.
So I got the ebay and paypal app, uppdated the ebay app today and bought some leather necklesses.
Now, I have been a ebay and paypal member since 2005
but since I live sweden I apparently can´t use the pay with paypal button, it´s not even there.
Is this somethinge the ebay app people could look at or have a clue why it´s like this?

In this version you can only pay using paypal in Canada/US/UK/Australia.

Oh, this is just awful!!!! Come on, eBay, lots of us use PayPal, and it really would be great if we could use it within the eBay mobile!
