I purchased something the other night on my iphone and the person had set up eBay to not accept Paypal via mobile payments.  Why would someone want that?  Just curious.

frequent fraud.

 

When the seller gets such a payment and Paypal says "Seller protection does NOT apply for this payment", they have no protection against fraud.
